Location is perfect, just a short walk to Duval Street. The pool is nice, and the omelette bar for breakfast is a hit. The only downside was the small parking area; it gets crowded easily. Also, the Wi-Fi signal is weak, making it hard to connect. They offer bike rentals, which is great for exploring the area. Overall, a solid stay.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to Duval Street. Breakfast was decent, but needed more variety. Loved the clean rooms and the nice pool area. Parking can get tight, especially with larger vehicles. They have good bike rentals available which made exploring easier.

the aircon was leaking and we had to wait an hour for repairs. the room was above a loud street, making it hard to sleep.

Just a short walk from Duval Street and the historic district, I really enjoyed how convenient it was to stroll around and discover charming cafes, the Key West Cemetery just under 500 meters away, and amazing places like the Southernmost Point of the Continental US in under 15 minutes; plus, the breakfast was great, especially the freshly made omelets by the pool, although the ice machine on my floor wasn’t working properly which was a bit inconvenient.

The elevator took forever and felt stuffy with no AC—totally uncomfortable. We were stuck using it because my husband has trouble with steps. It was such a hassle, especially in the heat and humidity. Not ideal at all!

The room was well-appointed with nice linens and a comfy bed, plus, having a balcony with chairs and a table was a nice touch for enjoying the fresh Key West air. Housekeeping did a good job keeping things clean and replenished quickly, a big thumbs up to them. a special shoutout to Peter at the front desk for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, his customer service was exceptional. On the downside, the Wi-Fi was a bit unstable, which was a bit frustrating in this digital age where we rely on connectivity so much. I think investing in better Wi-Fi infrastructure could really. Another minor gripe was the busy road outside, the traffic noise was quite audible from the room, which could be bothersome for light sleepers. All in all, Silver Palms Inn is a solid choice for a stay in Key West, especially with its great location and included parking. Just a few tweaks here and there could make it an even more fantastic experience.

the room was spacious and clean - with comfortable beds and a small balcony. location is perfect to go around everywhere by foot and to be outside of the noisy night life. the pool facing rooms are quiet and tranquil, and the staff was really nice.

Great location, close to Duval Street and the Southernmost Point. Breakfast was a nice touch with omelets made poolside. Front desk staff were super helpful.
The rooms smelled of mold and mildew, not great. Noise from the street and hallway was a big annoyance.

we had a wonderful stay at silver palms inn. the staff was friendly and very helpful. the room was immaculate and well-kept. the hotel is eco-friendly with its own ice machine in the room and energy-saving features. the location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. we enjoyed the free welcome drink and the omelet bar by the pool. overall, a great experience for my daughter's birthday.

Our stay at this Key West hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the exciting attractions on Duval Street. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us a late check out. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area, although we wish they had a hot tub. The bar tender at the pool was amazing, making our time there even more enjoyable.
The recent change in the decor. The new colors and lighting choices were not as impressive as before, but it didn't affect our overall experience.
